Studio Brassica are a small, friendly, multi-award winning architecture practice based in Camberwell, working locally and throughout the UK.

Ben and Claire met at the Welsh School of Architecture fifteen years ago. Together they have extensive experience at multiple highly regarded firms and set up Studio Brassica in 2019 using their complementary skillsets. They have worked across a number of sectors including award winning education and specialist schools, heritage, residential, infrastructure, offices and a private gallery.
 

At Studio Brassica they have a real flare for revitalising existing buildings and love working with clients who are passionate about design and sustainability. Working closely with their clients’ vision they create joyful, purposeful spaces, fit for modern life.​

Claire Priest Architect

To stay at the forefront of the industry, Ben and Claire dedicate two days a week to working with other leading firms.

​

Ben works part-time for Hawkins Brown Architects where he previously led the site support team delivering Bond Street Crossrail Station. He is now a key member of their Specialist Design Studio Technical Team helping to deliver specifications across their full range of projects.

​

Claire is working part-time alongside a retrofit specialist company focusing on cutting edge sustainable design. Here she is developing skills in using the latest in natural material technology and achieving the highest thermal performances, aligning perfectly with Studio Brassica's commitment to environmentally responsible architecture.​
